The Northshore Stars traveled to Riverdale to take on the #1 seed SAR Sting in a quarter-final matchup.

The more experienced Sting squad took it to the Stars with relentless offensive pressure and received some timely saves early in the game by junior goalie, Henri Kolb. SAR opened up the game in the second period, tallying an incredible 8 goals, including some tic-tac-toe passing on the power play to give the Sting a 12-0 lead. SAR coaches emptied the bench for the 3rd period and the Sting closed the game out by a final score of 13-0.

Next up for SAR is hosting Haftr in the Semi-Finals. Winner of this game will take on the winner of Frisch-TABC in the Varsity Championship at Lawrence Middle School on March 18th.
