Maayanot jv basketball played a fast paced game against the quick northshore team. 

Covering both ends of the court, captain and guard michal meisels ran point for the rapids and raced down fast breaks. Kira tepler forced steal after steal pushing  passed the stars for layups and a buzzer beater three pointer at half time. 

Small forward, captain sophie lerer drove through the middle through the paint over and over again like a freight train. 

Forwards kira keiser and talia adler had several assists and rebounds underneath, forcing the stars to rush their shots.

Freshmen guards, adina pearlman and michal benloulou stopped the stars on offense and quickly worked the ball around at the half court. 

Forwards grabbed rebounds all night long with ariella vogel, mia gerzberg, shira adler and emma nordlicht knocking down putbacks and jump shots, they were relentless on defense.

The young team came a long way after an exausting fun week of fun week of colowar.
